Anti-spyware programs?

Anyone know any free good anti-spyware programs? My computer has been running super slow lately, and when I scan it for viruses, nothing comes up... I can't use microsoft anti-spyware because I don't have windows service pack 2, so it won't let me install that. Thanks.

These are the only two free ones that are worth anything. I recommend the second link. Becareful as some free spyware tools actually give you spyware. The two links above, don't.
