Is there any other way to get rid of malware besides buying anti-spyware?

you've gOt to help me. it seems like someone---or something hacked my pc with virus. there are windows which keep popping-up which say that there are spywares in my pc, but actually i run my anti-spyware every week. geez, those pop-ups are so irritating! and there are many different pop-ups offering me to scan my pc or download anti-spywares. but when i do, it just scans, that's all. it doesn't help. it doesn't remove this malware thing. i know that i'm supposed to jst have to purchase but i've got to check first whether there's any other way of getting rid of these spywares malwares or whatever before i buy an anti-spyware software. my uncle forces me to do this thing instead of buying~ oh please! any answers? thanx a lot

There is NO reason to have to BUY it. Many, many free devices out there with people to help you. So don't bother to buy the Extended Warrenty also....
