does anybody here use the free version of divx because
i scanned the bundle with anti virus and anti spyware malware
all kinds of stuff and only one program called cyber defender
discovered it had something in the virus directory called stilen
i wanna know if this is bad because i got it from divx.com
it would be illegal for them to put an actual virus on it. no other
anti virus rootkit or anything thing else found anything.

Getting the divx player from their website should be virus and spyware free. Either way I recommend you get the Xvid codec instead and use VLC media player for watching media.
