I do not know what the heck is wrong...i need help...everytime i am in the middle of something or just stop typing or clicking for about a minute it freezes and i have to press the on/off button to start over....what should i do? Like how do i check everything...details please! Also when i use norton anti virus, the computer freezes in the middle of the scanning!
p.s. it is a new fast computer i got about a month ago! but it just freezes.

it's because of all the stuff on it. what you should do is defrag it. follow these directions.
go to control panel
then to administrative tools
then computer management
then in the list on the side defragmenter.
then click defragment.
it might take awhile but doing this every month will make your computer almost 50 percent faster.
also when it gets frozen press control, alt, and delete at the same time. it will give you a list of running programs to see which one is frozen and end it. if that doesn't work fo to processes, find it and end it. it is guaranteed to work but don't do it on an unsaved document like on word or something. good luck

If your computer is not working properly while you are working on it, it could be a problem with device drivers, hardware or software.
