Trojan horse Agent.NJG?

I need advice- I have tried everything. I ran scans and one scan will say it found one threat...another scan will say it found 7 scans...I even did the tredn micros scan- It found NOTHING. I use avg free anti virus..I ran a scan it finds NOTHING..but every 10 minutes my antivirus pops up saying it found Trojan horse Agent.NJG and then I clicked HEAL..and it still comes every 10 minutes for 24 hrs..PLS HELP

G4acre is 100% correct on that, but one more suggestion; go to www.kaspersky.com and use the free internet scan. It has one of the best and widest databases.
