Help me , i have 2 malware on my laptop?

please help me, i have AVG anti-virus, and last night i scanned my computer and found that i have 2 malware, i have tried to remove them but no luck!

my laptop started to act funny, and became v v slow, and sometime it freeze!

can anone recomend anything that i can do? please. i am looking for free software that i can download

I got rid of the same thing ( had 5 malware and 3 trogens and climbing) on mine yesterday with this answer from a kind person :

add/remove doesn't work.

I fixed mine with this answer:

Get superantispyware Free Edition...its the best for spyware and malware...

then get Avast! Home Edition (is free) for anitvirus and run the scans and you should be fine

It works, it's as easy as 1-2-3 (even I could do it ) and is 100% free

if you have two, they can interact and your coputer can crash. THe best thing is to format your computer.
