On my computer yesterday, all of a sudden a bunch of pop ups ads appeared. Did a virus and spy ware scan found some infected programs. But 2 anti spy ware icons i can not get rid of. I've tried their E-mails address, but it looks like it doesn't exist. The one, sup sh@pandora-software.com seems to be the big problem any ideas how to get rid of it!

1. try Add-Remove programs--see if there are any new toolbars or other unauthorized programs that have recently entered that menu. Believe it or not, some of these programs do make an entry here
2. go into safe mode--before Windows boots, hit one of the F keys (on my laptop, its F8) and select Safe Mode... then run your antivirus and antispyware scans. This gives you a better chance of stopping them.
3. try looking these programs up in http://www.spywarewarrior.com/rogue_anti...
