well if your anti virus located that thing it probably offered you some options like 'delete it' or 'quarantine it', i always choose to delete those malware. if the trojan appears again and again no matter what you do, i suggest you to try different anti spyware, maybe it will be able to help you. the thing is that there's no such program that would locate and delete every infection, so you need to find the one that deals with trojan horse you got. here are some free anti spyware downloads http://www.2-spyware.com/compare2.php

Its telling you that that file is infected, delete it manually or have the anti-virus software remove it for you.
Virus,update your virus definitions and scan again
Its in your temporary internet files meaning you can delete it by clearing your cookie and files by right-clicking on internet explorer and deleting cookies, files and history. You probably got the virus from browsing the internet through a pop-up. Then once your cache is delete rescan your computer.
