Is "guard.exe" Malware......Found it in Task Mgr. Was told it was.... IS IT!!??

Have tried to clean with Virus scans Bit Defender-8 and ClamWin. Spyware scans... Ewido(AVG), Super Anti-Spyware, Ad-Aware, Spybot S%26D and Windows Defender ALL to NO avail. All being the FREE versions. Any suggestions.......
