when i did it the same thing kept comin up when i scanned pc it told me spyware secure was a rouge. i dont no much about pc or the security of it. ive anti virus windows defender spy watch on

dont download anything you see from popups. they will just load your computer with more of the same.

Uninstall the other spyware program. Download and install a good anti-spyware. AVG free anti-virus includes spyware detection now, Spyware Doctor starter editon from Google Updater, or Spybot search and destroy.
They just want you to buy stuff. If you don't have any virus protection, then uninstall whatever is telling you to buy stuff. Don't buy it. No real virus.
Avoid downloading any thing from the sites that tell you that stuff. Delete all the software you may have installed from those sites.
