Please help System32 folder?

The system32 folder opens often when I boot-up my computer. I already scanned it using Avast Home Edition Anti-virus and it don't detect anything. Is is a virus or what? Please help me!

A program may have added a key to the registry that allows it to open up at start up. What can be a help to identify what may have done so would be to figure out how long this has been going on for and what you were doing before this began.

If you want to remove this from the startup process, click on Start%26gt;Run and type in "msconfig" (without the " "). Then go to Startup and then look for the Startup Item or Command that corresponds to the System32 folder and disable it by unchecking the box to the left.

Hope this helps.
