Any help with Trojan please?!?

Ive got a Trojan on my laptop and I've done a hell of a lot to try to get rid of it. Ive scanned it with my regular anti virus but can't get rid of it so I then tried AVG, also unsuccessful. As a last resort I ran Spybot Search %26 Destroy but still to no avail. Also can't delete it manually.

Any help would be reallllllly great

Start you computer in safe mode (F8 before windows starts) and run a full scan with your AVG program.

If that doesn't work go to the AVG website, there are lots of free specific trojan removal programs there.

Download and run Windows Live OneCore Free Trial. It's free for 90 day's That should get things sorted out follow instructions you will have to uninstall any protection you have on your system it might do it for you with your permission just do as it dictates it's safe it's Microsoft. It will take about an hour or so to scan and fix things up. You will not loose any files or folders or settings.
