Internet? help?

Ok, Im having troubles with my interent Iv been spending a few hours trying to fix it my problem is, I try to go to a site, and everytime I mispell or the type doesnt exist it goes to a porn page, Yes a porn page OR a spam page instead of This page can not be displayed....

I noticed when the page is loading at the bottom of my brower is says Waiting for http://64.28.180.147/index.php then goes to porn links page or a spam page.

If you can give me some "useful" help please do, and dont give me a random link like this will remove blah blah blah or this should find w.e it is. If your going to give me a link please make sure it works. Iv used AVG Anti Virus, and I went too http://onecare.live.com/site/en-ie/defau... and did a full system scan and "fixed" some things, and I just now did another scan that took a few hours, and im still having the same problem, and I just now did another scan on same site saying no viruses or spyware found....

So yeah im stuck....
