am sure those 2 antiviruses are slowing down ua machine its not advisable at alll joseck
sounds like you've got something sucking up all the processing time. try going into Task Manager to see if you can tell what it is.
probably your have inernet connection i have a cabal modem sometimes fast sometime slow
Have you tried MSCONFIG... Check what all programs are are running in the background. By any chance do you have two anti virus programs installed??? This is a common symptom of two anti - viruses interfering with each other.
Maybe you don't know it but there could be loads of background processes going on that hurt your processor and ram. You should consider cutting back on some of your programs that use background processes.

Maybe your processor is busted if not i don't know. Processors tend to lose performance after a while so consider replacing it or buying a new computer.
wat PC u using
Turn off your computer for a day or two. Let it rest. If it continues being slow, then delete some programs that you don't use.

Also, if you want to buy an aftermarket cooler (if needed) then overclock your CPU. I had a friend with a 3000+ from AMD running at 2.6ghz on a stock cooler, but he got a rare edition.
