Smitfraud-C and Trojans?

I have Smit-fraud C and it's only been a week but it came back. I got rid of it with spybot but now it's back again. How shall I get rid of it permanently?

And about trojans, well I had them like 2 or 3 times but that does that mean someone can access my computer whenever they like or something? Even if I got rid of it? Cos it doesn't appear when I scan my PC. I do have anti-virus, spyware doctor, spybot and all that though.

The only way to absolutely guarantee the malware is gone, is to reformat / reinstall. If you can get rid of it, great, but once infected, there's no way of really knowing what else is hiding on your computer.

and about Trojans. If you deleted them then every thing is ok. no one will access your computer. You can be sure about that
