Why does my computer keep on hanging/acting up?

I'm using a Pentium dual core 2.66gHz with 80gb HD, 512mb Ram and Video Card. I don't have much files and I love to play online games but the thing is whenever I play, my pc is hanging (the cursor isn't moving) I already detected some spywares and deleted them, since I'm using a SpyBot and scan it everyday using my AVG Anti-virus scanner. I'm afraid that it would end up even worse if I can't do something about it. Can you help me?

Sometimes there are spywares/malwares that are tough to detect with SpyBot Search %26 Destroy and AVG... although you are on the right track using those...they are great!

I would do the following:

Go to the 1st link below, download the software called "Hijack This" (free software) - what it does is scan your pc and give you a complete list of what is running on your computer (don't stop any programs or anything--just let it do its thing). Then paste the results in notepad (go to Programs %26gt; Accessories %26gt; Notepad)

Then, go to the 2nd link and post your dillema at the Tech Guy support forum under whatever OS you are using (Windows XP, etc.). Paste your Hijack This text file there and tell them what you told us here at Yahoo.

The forum is run by volunteer computer experts and they will likely help you determine what is bad in your Hijack This listing.
