My anti-virus software found them and says that I can't remove it because it is an unsupported file type or something. So I went to it's location. And sent it to the recycle bin. Should I just empty recycle bin and forget about it? Or restart the scan so I can remove the virus things with the anti-virus? And please I don't want a bunch of links to other anti-virus software and stuff like that.
Trojan Horse and Trojan.KillAV?trojan
my vote goes for running the scan again. or better yet, restart your computer and then run anti virus scan again. if it said the trojans couldn't be removed, then thye weren't removed and you should be concerned and maybe you should even consider trying another anti virus.
Trojan Horse and Trojan.KillAV?abtuvurys 2005
you're welcome Report It
Uninstall your antivirus and get AVG antivirus and Spybot-Search %26Destroy along with Winpatrol.
I wouldn't think of suggesting any other anti-virus programs.
Anti-virus programs are mainly designed to remove viruses.
Probably why it says it's an unsupported file type.
It's a trojan, not a virus.
I believe I would download, install, update and run an anti-spyware program right about now...I would suggest a highly recommended program, but, your question said not to.

I'm not suggesting this linked program, it just mysteriously appeared-

Based on your Additional information, it's obvious your anti-virus will not remove it, that's what prompted you to locate it and manually send it to the recycle bin in the first place. Something about 'Unsupported file type' was it?
What you do with it now, is up to you.

Use protection,
your computer will thank you.
- Install AVG Free Antivirus from http://free.grisoft.com/doc/1
- Update it
- Scan your computer
Good Luck!!
